“Mature” nose with notes of roasted fruit and pepper; a palate with velvety tannins and, once again, pepper and candied fruit on the palate; an elegant finish with hints of cocoa beans.

Serving temperature: 16-18 °C.

It has been aged for 12 months in second- and third-fill French oak barrels.

Gentle processing techniques have been used to preserve the quality of the wine; therefore, the appearance of a noble sediment is possible.
